Our Refund Recovery Specialists receive and answer all correspondence and questions during the claim process to ensure that all timelines are met. In cases where outside legal assistance is required to receive payment, Refund Masters handles all aspects of the process and advances all expenses.

 Refund Masters has highly trained individuals who use specific techniques to locate dormant or unclaimed money from a multitude of government sources. 

 Our research department combs through volumes of private and public records to determine which parties, businesses, individuals, and/ or estates may have rights to these funds. 

 Our research professionals use skip tracers, private investigators and every tool available to locate our clients. We utilize several different types of databases to developed and verify our information. 

 Once you agree to become a client of Refund Masters, your Refund Recovery Specialist will prepare all documents, pleadings, declarations and affidavits required to document the rights to the money. 

 Refund Masters will then arrange to have our authorization form and related claim and legal documents delivered to you for your signature at your convenience by a mobile notary service. The notary will then return the executed documents to our office.

 Once the documents are received by our claims processing department, the claim package is assembled. It then goes through two additional quality control levels before it is filed with the applicable government agency. 

 A confirmation letter is sent informing our client of when the claim was submitted and approximately when to expect payment of YOUR MONEY.
